1. Why we built this

A smaller company may do great work, but often nobody has checked it. So you cannot tell if it can finish the job you want done.
So we built an engine. It uses your photo and your answers to work out what you want built, and finds licensed local companies that can do all of it. Where a company shares its price list with us, the engine runs your project through it for a verified price. Where it does not, the engine works out a Roomquoted estimate from local cost data. Then it shows you every company side by side, with each price labelled and the checks each company has passed.
The first pass should take ten minutes, not weeks of site visits. Then you talk to the two or three you like, with a price for each already in front of you.
2. What Roomquoted does
- Show you the room. One photo and a few taps, and we show your room remodelled as an AI concept.
- Compare prices. You see a price for each company for the same work: a verified price from its own price list, or a Roomquoted estimate from our pricing engine, always labelled.
- Introduce you, only if you choose. You pick up to three companies. Only they can contact you.

3. What we do not do
- We do not do the work. We do not employ, supervise or send tradespeople.
- We do not take a cut of your project.
- We do not sell your details to whoever pays the most. No company gets your name or number until you approve it.
- We do not charge homeowners anything, for anything.
4. How we make money
Roomquoted is free for homeowners. When you choose to send a company your project, that company pays us a fee. Payment never changes the order of results or the badges, and we are not paid by lenders, insurers or suppliers.

5. A Humanik company

Our parent company
Roomquoted is built by Humanik, a technology company. Humanik Technologies builds the operating system AI employees run inside. Roomquoted is built by the same team.
Our job here does not change because of who owns us: show you your room, and show you what local companies would charge to build it, with every price labelled for where it came from. We are a technology company, not a renovation company. We build the software. The companies on Roomquoted do the work.

Roomquoted is run by Humanik's three co-founders. The titles below are their Humanik titles.
