Homeowners see our estimate for your company, or no price at all. It is our number, not yours.
After you add prices
Homeowners see your own price, from your price list, run against their project. Only a verified price can earn the "Lowest quote" and "Great price" badges.

Checked companies show every check on their card, so homeowners can see who has done the work to earn their trust.

You send us a current liability insurance certificate when you join.

Why is my company already on Roomquoted?
We list local companies that hold an active licence on the city or provincial register, whether or not they have joined Roomquoted. Until you add your prices, homeowners see a Roomquoted estimate or no price for you.
What does it cost?
Nothing to be listed, add your prices, get checked or see a project. You pay only when you accept a project a homeowner sent you. Your Roomquoted representative walks you through pricing when you join, before you accept any projects.
What happens if I say no to a project?
Nothing. You pay nothing, and saying no never affects where you show up.
Can I pay to rank higher?
No. Order and badges come only from our published rules, based on price and fit.
What format does my price list need to be in?
Whatever you already use: a price book, a per-square-foot sheet or an export from your estimating software. You add it from your company account after you join, and you can update it anytime.
Do my prices have to be exact?
They are prices for standard jobs. Homeowners know the final price comes after your site visit. Keeping your list current keeps your verified prices close.
Can I change or remove my listing?
Yes. A listed company can ask us to correct its details or take its listing down at any time.
