SMS terms

Roomquoted text messages is a text message program run by Roomquoted, which is operated by Humanik Technologies Inc.. It is offered to people in Canada and the United States. Texts come from a number or short code registered to Roomquoted.

These SMS terms are part of our Terms of Use. Where they cover the same thing, these SMS terms apply to text messages.

• This is a recurring program. Message frequency varies with your project and the choices you make.
• Roomquoted does not charge you for text messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those, and they appear on your carrier bill.

You agree to Roomquoted text messages when you enter your mobile number and tap the button next to the notice that links to these terms. You can stop at any time.

• Your consent to Roomquoted texts is for Roomquoted only. It is never sold, rented, transferred or assigned to anyone.
• A company you pick can contact you only under the separate consent you give for that company by name, and under its own terms.
• A company that wants to market to you beyond your project must ask for your permission itself.
• We do not use bought, rented or shared phone lists.

We keep a record of what you agreed to, when, and the number you gave us.

• Reply STOP to any text. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too. Capital letters and punctuation do not matter.
• You get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more texts from the program after that.
• You can also tell us any other reasonable way, such as a reply in your own words or an email to info@humanik.io.
• To start again, reply START or give us your number again.

Stopping Roomquoted texts does not stop a company you picked from contacting you. Tell that company directly, or tell us and we will pass it on.

• The program is supported on the major mobile carriers in Canada and the United States.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Delivery depends on your carrier, your device and your coverage. We do not guarantee that any message arrives or arrives on time.

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorised user of the mobile number you give us. If you change or give up that number, tell us so we do not text the next person who holds it.

We may change these SMS terms, or change or end the program, at any time. We post changes on this page with a new date. If you keep receiving texts after a change, the updated terms apply. You can always reply STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
