Questions homeowners ask
Where does the price on Roomquoted come from?
It's a Roomquoted estimate, worked out by Roomquoted, not taken from our own price list. We confirm a fixed quote in writing after a site visit.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, when the work needs one. Permit fees are listed as a separate line so you can compare like for like.
How long does a typical kitchen take?
Most mid-range kitchens take 3–5 weeks once materials arrive. We'll give you a schedule with the quote.
Can I keep my appliances?
Yes. We'll remove and reinstall them; appliance purchases aren't included in our estimate.
